Refund Policy

Last updated: 20 July 2026

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get a refund for a purchase on reloka.to ("Reloka", "we", "us", or "our"). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

What You Are Buying

Reloka is a digital service. Generating a preview plan is free. For a one-time payment of USD $9 you unlock the full personalized relocation plan, which is generated and delivered to you immediately and cached in your browser. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Because the product is digital and delivered instantly, the sections below explain exactly when a refund is available.

Our Standard Refund Stance

Once the full plan has been generated and delivered to you, the purchase is generally considered final, because the digital service has been performed. However, we want you to be treated fairly, so we always honor the following exceptions and statutory rights.

When You Are Entitled to a Refund

We will issue a full refund in any of these cases:

  1. Technical failure on our side. You were charged but the full plan failed to generate or was not delivered, and we cannot promptly re-deliver it.
  2. Duplicate or accidental charge. You were billed more than once for the same plan, or an obvious accidental purchase occurred.
  3. Materially not as described. The delivered plan is materially different from what was offered at checkout.
  4. Statutory withdrawal / consumer rights. Where the law of your country grants you a cancellation or withdrawal right (see below), we honor it in full.

In addition, we operate a goodwill 14-day window: if you are not satisfied with your plan, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will work with you and, in most cases, issue a refund. We would rather have a fair reputation than a disputed $9.

EU / EEA Consumers: Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract.

  • Reloka is a digital service. Your plan is generated only after you request it, so at checkout you are asked to give your express consent to immediate performance and to acknowledge that, once the service has been fully performed, you may lose the right of withdrawal for the completed service.
  • Until the service is fully performed, you may withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason, and we will refund you within 14 days of your withdrawal using the same payment method.
  • Nothing in this policy removes your statutory conformity rights (including the minimum 2-year guarantee for defective digital services under EU law).

How to withdraw: email refunds@reloka.to with your purchase details. We will confirm receipt on a durable medium (email) with a timestamp.

UK Consumers

UK consumers have equivalent distance-selling cancellation rights and statutory rights that cannot be excluded. For digital content/services supplied with your consent to immediate performance, the cancellation right may end once performance begins, but your rights regarding faulty or misdescribed services remain.

US Customers

There is no federal cooling-off period for online purchases in the United States. This Refund Policy is our clear-and-conspicuous statement of the refunds we offer, as described in the sections above.

Australia

Nothing in this policy limits the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded. If the service is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of this policy.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email refunds@reloka.to from the email associated with your purchase (or include your Lemon Squeezy receipt / payment reference).
  2. Tell us briefly which of the situations above applies.
  3. We will respond within 5 business days and, if approved, issue the refund to your original payment method.
  4. Refunds are typically processed by our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy) within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Anti-Abuse

We may decline repeated or clearly abusive refund requests (for example, multiple refunds by the same customer after repeatedly receiving and using full plans). Statutory rights are never affected by this clause.
